Day 21-30 on Terry Wahls Diet

Day 21:

Morning: 1 ½ cups of greens, 2 cups of colour, salmon, dark bread, thea.

Lunch: 1 cup of sulfur, 1 ½ cup of colour, 1 cup of greens, water, coffee, 1 pcs. of chocolate 70%.

Dinner: 1 ½ cups of greens, 2 cups of colour, chilli nuts and corn chips.

In all: 4 cups of greens, 5 ½ cups of colour, 1 cup of sulfur, salmon, dark bread, thea, coffee, 1 pcs. of chocolate 70%, chilli nuts, corn chips and water.


Symptoms: A little sore throat in the morning but having good energy today!!! Went out with my kids all day and had so much fun!! A little tired in muscles in the afternoon, but very happy about this day! Score: 5



Day 22:

Morning: 1 cup of greens, 1 1/2 cup of colour, salmon, dark bread and thea.

Lunch: 1 cup of greens, 1 cup of colour, corn chips and water.

Dinner: 1 cup of greens, 1 cup of sulfur, 1 beef steak, water.

In all: 3 cups of greens, 2 1/2 cups of colour, 1 cup of sulfur, salmon, dark bread, thea, corn chips, 1 beef steak and water.


Symptoms: Woke up with a very sore throat. Now I really have a cold! Im having swollen lymf in my neck and this makes me think that I should be having massages to clear out the toxins. Very tired in brain and muscles today. Mens. not. here yet. Too tired to make food today.



Day 23:

Morning: 2 cups of greens, 2 cups of colour, 1egg, water, thee.

Lunch: 2 ½ cups of sulfur, 1 cup of colour, water, chocolate, coffee.

Dinner: A beef steak, ½ a cup of greens, potato, ice creme, belgium waffel.

In all: 2 ½ cups of greens, 3 cups of colour, 2 ½ cups of sulfur, 1 egg, water, thee, chocolate, coffee, a beef steak, potato, ice creme, belgium waffel and water.


Symptoms : Only a little sore throat today. A little weak in muscles and slight back pain today. Mens. finally came 3 days late, feels like I had it for weeks. Mood swings -stess/calm. So it's good the family is out all day!! Score:2 1/2



Day 24:

Morning: 1 ½ cups of greens, 1 ½ cups of colour, water, the.

Lunch: ½ a cup of greens, ½ a cup of sulfur, water.

Dinner: water, 1 ½ cups of green/sulfur, 1 ½ cups of colour.

In all: 3 ½ cups of greens/sulfur, 3 cups of colour, 1 cup of sulfur, water, thee.


Symptoms: Tired in muscles and mens cramps. I need to lay down and relax all day. Score: 3



Day 25:

Morning: 1 cup of greens, 1 cup of sulfur, 1 cup of colour, dark bread, salmon, water, the.

Lunch: 2 ½ cups of greens, 1 cup of sulfur, liver, cheese, spelt bread, dark bread, herring, ½ an egg, water, coffee.

Dinner: 1 1/2 cups of greens/sulfur, 1 ½ cups of colour, water.

In all: 4 cups of greens, 3 cups of sulfur, 2 ½ cups of colour, salmon, liver, cheese, spelt bread, dark bread, herring, ½ an egg, water and ½ a cup of coffee.


Symptoms: Feeling good today! Medium energy in brain and body. Score: 5



Day 26:

Morning: 2 cups of sulfur, 1 cup of greens, 1 cup of colour, water, the.

Lunch: 1 cup of greens, 1 cup of colour, 1 ½ cups of sulfur, 1 beaf sausage, water, coffee, 3 pieces of chocolate.

Dinner: 2 cups of greens, 2 cups of colour, 1 cup of sulfur, pork, ½ a cup of wholegrain rice, water.

In all from the diet: 4 cups of greens, 4 cups of colour, 4 ½ cups of sulfur, beaf, pork, wholegrain rice, 3 pcs. of chocolate, water, thee and coffee.



Symptoms: Tired waking up. Some muscle weakness and shifting energylevels during the day. Afternoon tired again. Energyscore: 4



Day 27:

Morning: 1 cup of greens, 1 cup of sulfur, 2 cups of colour, thee and water.

Lunch: 1 cup of greens, 1 cup of sulfur, 1 cup of colour, thee, coffee, 4 pieces of chocolate.

Dinner: 1 cup of greens, 1 cup of sulfur, 1 cup of colour, ½ a cup of pork, water.

In all: 3 cups of greens, 3 cups of sulfur, 4 cups of colour, thee, coffee, 4 pieces of chocolate, pork, and water.


Symptoms: In the morning fellings of having an energy score of 7. Wanting to be creative today:-) Afternoon is allright to! I'm in such a good mood today:-) I'm so proud of myself for sticking with this diet for 27 days, however I'm wondering why I just can't give up the dark chocolate!!! :-) Todays score: 6



Day 28:

Morning: 1 cup of greens, 1 cup of sulfur, 1 cups of colour, thee and water.

Lunch: 1 cup of greens, ½ a cup of sulfur, coffee, 2 pieces of chocolate, pork, and water.

Dinner: 1 cups of greens, 1 cup of colour, 1 cup of sulfur and water .

In all: 3 cups of greens, 2 cups of colour, 2 1/2 cups of sulfur, 2 pieces of chocolate, pork and water


Symptoms: Good energy today! Feel like being creative. Taking small breakes lying down to keep energy up. The coffee and chocolate actually made me shake today -Not plesant! Thinking of making som echanges for next months diet: less sugar, more water, more dark greens, more seaweed, get more out of the house...

Todays score: 6



Day 29:

Morning: 1 1/2 cups of greens, 2 1/2 cups of colour, 1 cups of sulfur, 1 small beef sausage, thee and water.

Lunch: ½ a cup of greens, 1 ½ cups of colour, 1 cup of sulfur, water

Dinner: 1 cup of greens, 1 cup of colour, pasta, beef steak, water.

In all: 3 cups of greens, 5 cups of colour, 3 cups of sulfur, 1 small beef sausage, pasta, beef steak, thee, 4 Atamir pills for detoxing lead and water.


Symptoms: Tired in brain and muscles from not getting enough sleep. Better during the day. Out walking 2 walks today -feeling almost NORMAL in muscles! However still a bit tired in muscles after. Energy score: 5 1/2



Day 30:

Morning: 1 ½ cups of greens, 1 ½ cups of colour, 1 cup of sulfur, thee and water.

Lunch: 1 cup of sulfur, 1 cup of colour, 1 beef sausage, water, coffee.

Dinner: 1 1/2 cups of greens, 1 cup of sulfur, water.

In all: 3 cups of greens, 2 ½ cups of colour, 3 cups of sulfur, beef sausage, coffee and water.


Symptoms: Pheeeww! 30 days!!! Tired in brain and muscles during the morning -again I overdid it yesterday and todays weakness is the pay off! Feelings of needing a new goal and finding new recipes!! The food has made me a bit nausious over the past week, because now my inspiration for recipes with these veggies feels empty. After meditating I feel strongly that my new goal should be one more month on Terrys diet (continuing into forever, but forever seems to far today:-)).

Todays energy score: 2 1/2.

30 more days is my new goal and I will try to take my own advise for the upcoming month, witch is:


  • Find more dark greens since kale is hard to find during spring/summer.

  • If I am lucky to find kale....buy everything an freeze it!

  • Finish making my own organic kale garden:-)

  • Go to the organic farm store every friday, since this is when the food is fresh!

  • Drink more water.

  • Eat less sugar.

  • Get lymph massages.

  • Write in this diary -it helps me stay focused:-)

  • Create new tasteful recipes:-)

  • Don't forget where I started and that this diet HAS helped me!!

  • Have fun with it:-)

Et praktisk spørgsmål; stoppede du med at tage det blodfortyndende medicin efter ballon udvidelsen? Er selv på det efter operationen og så træt nu igen.
