How to keep a steady flow


It has become very important for me to keep a steady flow in my veins all through the day.

First of all I keep my body warm at ALL times. The warmth opens the veins and that is very important to have good flow. I put the heat on at home, wear warm clothes in all seasons, sit and sleep with a heating pillow (I place it on painfull ares and that gives a lot of relief). I drink water at indoor temperature and eat warm food at every meal of the day.

I also keep my blood flow steady and thin by taking vitamins and eating the right food.

The vitamins I take are: D, E(bloodthinning), B, Calcium, Magnesium, Omega 3-6-9 (mostly 3), ginseng, Acai+D, Turmeric6boswellia(Pukka) and Brahmi plus(Pukka).

The amount on the supliments can change from one day to the next because I ask the energy what I need to take on that specific day. However I do take D, E and omega every day.

Food -Eating intuitively
Our body speaks to us! And we can speak to the body:-) Therefore it is my soul purpose to change the intake of my food by ASKING my body if it is OKAY for me to eat 
the food ! This rutine is actually very easy, once you learn to find other food to replace the old kind with. For some reason my body only wants what I am calling REAL FOOD.

Real food is all kind of food that has NOT been in manufactured in a factory. It is food that has been grown in organic fields or lakes and is 100% REAL FOOD. 

I have a least half a garlic and and big crunch of ginger every day. I put it into some of my meals. Someone has told me that its best to eat raw food but I don't feel like having raw ginger and garlic;-) I feel the food is just as blessed when it has been cocked and if that is the energy you bring to the meal then that is what you will have.

To my knowledge these foods and spices are bloodthinning:

  • Curry powder
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Ginger
  • Paprika
  • Thyme
  • Cinnamon
  • Dill
  • Oregano
  • Turmeric
  • Licorice
  • Peppermint
  • Ginger
  • Walnuts
  • Basil
  • Garlic
  • Beans
  • Raisins
  • Prunes
  • Cherries
  • Cranberries
  • Blueberries
  • Grapes
  • Strawberries
  • Tangerines
  • Oranges
  • Olive oil
  • Anchovies
  • Salmon
  • Albacore tuna
  • Mackerel  
  • Herring

I try to stay away from sugar and don't eat beaf, chicken and weat flower because they completely blow up my stumag. When I am on the bloodthinning medicine (after the procedure)I try to eat less bloodthinning foods and stay away from vitamin E.

In the morning I follow my morning routine and eat warm poridge and fruit.

For lunch I try to incorporate as much of the bloodthinning foods as possible because then I can be more selective for dinner when the kids come home. 

I do very simple yoga and a simple breathing exercise. My plan is to do a little more exercise every day.

The most important and efficient way to keep the flow going is visalization. Therefore I have printed out pictures of my open veins and put them all over my house! Everytime I look at them I feel the veins open and the blood flowing like a waterfall. Also I tell myself everyday that I am young, have young cells, vibrant energy and lots of love and happiness in my life.

Et praktisk spørgsmål; stoppede du med at tage det blodfortyndende medicin efter ballon udvidelsen? Er selv på det efter operationen og så træt nu igen.
