Day 11-20 of Diet

Day 11-20 on Terry Wahls Diet:



Day 11:

Morning: 1 ½ cups of green, 1 ½ cups of colour, 3 cups of sulfur, 1 egg, water.

Lunch: ½ a cup of greens, 1 ½ a cup of colour, yogurt, 1 eg, salmon, 1 cup of coffee, and water.

Dinner: 2 cups of greens, chicken and a soda.

In all: 3 cups of greens, 3 cups of colour, 3 cups of sulfur, 1 egg, yogurt, 1 eg, salmon, chicken, 1 cup of coca cola, 1 cup of coffee and water.


Symptoms: A good morning with a good mood and feeling vibrant. Afternoon getting tired and weakness in muscles. Better during the evening. Todays score: 2 1/2



Day 12:

Morning: 1 ½ cups of greens, 2 cups of colour, 1 eg, ½ cups of sulfur, water.

Lunch: 1 ½ cups of greens, 1 ½ cups of colour, 3 cups of sulfur, 2 pieces of chololate 70 % and water.

Dinner: 1 cups of greens, ½ a cup of potatoes, ½ a cup of colour, yogurt, lamb and 2 glasses of redwine.

In all: 4 cups of greens, 4 cups of colour, 3 ½ cups of sulfur, 2 pcs. of chocholate 70%, 1 egg, yogurt, lamb, 1 ½ cups of redwine and water.


Symptoms: Weakness in muscles during the day and evening. Felling pain in my left hand and weakness in both hands. Got really drunk from having only two glases of redwine. Not used to drinking and this made it hard for me to walk in a straight line -not doing that again! Todays score: 2 1/2



Day 13:

Morning: 1 cup of greens, 1 ½ cups of colour, 1 cup of sulfur, 1 egg.

Lunch: 1 ½ cups of greens, 1 ½ cups of colour, 1 1/2 a cup of sulfur, pork.

Dinner: 1 ½ cups of green, 1/2 a cup of colours, salmon.

In all: 4 cups of greens, 3 ½ cups of colour, 2 1/2 cups of sulfur, 1 egg, salmon, pork and water.


Symptoms: Having a hangover, feeling tired in muscles, slight headache, tired in brain. Mad at myself for poisening myself with alcohol; swearing to never do that again. A little better during afternoon. Todays score: 1 1/2



Day 14:

Morning: 1 1/2 cups of greens, 1 ½ cups of colour, 1 cup of sulfur, 1 egg.

Lunch: Wholegrain bred with wheet and spelt grains and apple, rasins, jam and cinnamon, 2 cups of greens, 2 cups of colour, lemonade and coffee.

Dinner: 1/2 a cup of sulfur, ½ a cup of greens, ½ a cup of rice, water.

In all: 4 cups of greens, 3 ½ cups of colour, 1 1/2 cups of sulfur, 1 egg, Wholegrain bred with wheet and spelt grains and apple, rasins, jam and cinnamon, 2 cups of lemonade, 1 cup of coffee and water.


Symptoms: The best day in a long time!! No feeling of being tired, just normal energy level. A brief back pain from cleaning the terrasse, that went away quick. Muscle sensation good. Emotionally I feeling great! Todays score: 4



Day 15:

Morning: 2 cups of greens, 2 cups of colour, 2 cups of sulfur, 1 egg and water.

Lunch: A snickers, water and coffee.

Dinner: 3 cups of greens, 2 cups of colour, ½ cup of sulfur, water.

In all: 5 cups of greens, 4 cups of colour, 2 1/2 cups of sulfur, a snickers, 1 cup of coffee, 1 egg and water.


Symptoms: Tired body in the morning. But not so tired in brain. A little backpain from writing and weakness in muscles espesially in my hands and left arm. Feel like maby I overdid it yesterday from having feelt so good.  Todays score: 2 1/2

Day 16:

Morning: 2 cups of greens, 2 cups of colour, 2 cups of sulfur, 1 eg and water.

Lunch: 1 cup of greens, 1 1/2 cups of colour, 1 cup of sulfur, salmon, chocolate, 2 big glases of water.

Dinner: 1 cup of greens and 1 cup of sulfur, water.

In all: 4 cups of greens, 3 1/2 cups of colour, 4 cups of sulfur, salmon, 1 egg, chocholate and water.


Symptoms: Medium energy in the morning, good sensations and getting better during midday. After a channeled healing in the afternoon and walking 3 km feeling very low energy and muscle weakness -but happy emotionally. Pain and weakness in hands especially the left hand. 2 paracetamols and 2 Ipren painkillers. After the healing I believe even more in this diet! Todays score: 2 1/2


Day 17:

Morning: 1 ½ cups of greens, 1 ½ cup of colour, 1 egg, 1 ½ cups of sulfur, water.

Lunch: Salmon, 1 cup of sulfur, water, 1 sneakers and coffee.

Dinner: Fish, shimp, rice, edame beans, 1 ½ cup of greens, 1 ½ cups of colour.

In all: 3 cups of greens, 3 cups of colour, 2 1/2 cups of sulfur, 1 sneakers, 1 egg, fish, shimp, rice, edame beans and water.


Symptoms: Very low energy, headache and tired. Feeling slightly better during night. Energy score: 1


Day 18:

Morning: 2 cups of greens, 2 cups of colour, 2 cups of sulfur, salmon and water.

Lunch: 1 cup of greens, 1 cup of colour, coffee and 2 pc. of chocolate 70 %

Dinner: 1 1/2 cups of green, 1 cup of colour, ½ a cup of stelt/wholegrainweat, 1 eg, liver.

In all: 4 1/2 cups of greens, 4 cups of colour, 2 cups of sulfur, salmon, coffee, 70% chocolate, ½ a cup of stelt/wholegrainweat, 1 eg, liver and water.


Symptoms: Feeling allright during the day. Helps when I drink coffee and eat chocolate around 1 pm to keep energy up. Energyscore: 3


Day 18:

Morning: 1 cup of greens, 1 cup of sulfur and 2 cups of colour.

Lunch: ½ a cup of greens, liver, beaf steak, water, 1 blueberry pancake made of spelt/wholegrainwheat flower, coffee and 2 pc. of chocolate 70 %, 2 paracetamols and 2 Ipren painkillers.

Dinner: 2 cups of greens, 2 cups of colour.

In all: 3 1/2 cups of greens, 4 cups of colour, 1 cup of sulfur, liver, beaf steak, water, 1 blueberry pancake made of spelt/wholegrainwheat flower, coffee and 2 pc. of chocolate 70 %, 2 paracetamols and 2 Ipren painkillers and water.


Symptoms: Tired in muscles, mens. cramps.Slight headache in the afternoon. Energyscore: 2 ½



Day 19:

Morning: 2 cups of greens, 2 cups of colour, ½ a cup of sulfur, water.

Lunch: 1 ½ cups of greens, 1 ½ cup of colour, 1 apple, ½ a cup of sulfur, 1/2 a cup of red grapefruit, water, a little slice of pork, coffee, sesame cracker.

Dinner: 1 cup of greens, 1 cup of colour, 2 cups of sulfur, fish, 2 pieces of chocolate 70%.

In all: 4 ½ cups of greens, 4 ½ cup of colour, 3 cups of sulfur, 1 apple, ½ a cup of sulfur, 1/2 a cup of red grapefruit, water, a little slice of pork, coffee, sesame cracker, fish, 2 pcs. of chocolate and water.


Symptoms: Morning was great -good energylevel ( score: 4 ), afternoon very bad ( score: 1 ) -exhausted from running errands and not eating for hours. Evening score:2. Eat only two smoothies for breakfast and did'nt eat agian untill 3 pm- I'm sure that was the reason. Mens. not here yet. So all in all this day was up and down in energy levels. No depression for many days now though, and high energy level in brain:-) Energy score: 2 ½ (mostly muscleweakness)


Day 20:

Morning: 2 cups of greens, 1 1/2 cups of colour, 1 ½ cup of sulfur, 1 egg, Black thea, 2 paracetamols and 2 Ipren painkillers, water

Lunch: 1 ½ cups of greens, 1 1/2 cups of colour, salmon, dark bread (rudbrød), water, koffee, 2 pcs. of dark chocolate 70 %, 2 paracetamols and 2 Ipren painkillers.

Dinner: 1 cup of greens, 2 cups of colour, bleberry pancakes with spelt and wholegrain wheatflower and a little icecream.

In all: 4 1/2 cups of greens, 5 cups of colour, 2 ½ cups of sulfur, 1 egg, 2 blueberry pancakes with spelt and wholegrain wheatflower and a little icecream, salmon, dark bread (rudbrød), water, coffee, 2 pcs. of dark chocolate 70 %black thea, 4 paracetamols, 4 Ipren painkillers and water.


Symptoms: Woke up with a sore throat.Very tired in brain and muscles today. A headache that when not controlled by painkillers can evolve to being very bad. Flu like symptoms. Mens. not. here yet, but my body feels the symptoms of it. I really have to let go of my bad eating habbits NOW!! I just don't know how to keep my energy going without sugar and caffeine in the afternoon. Energy level: 1 (Tired of always feeling so fucking bad!)

Et praktisk spørgsmål; stoppede du med at tage det blodfortyndende medicin efter ballon udvidelsen? Er selv på det efter operationen og så træt nu igen.
